Information we collect
We collect only information voluntarily provided through membership, contact, story, enrollment, donation inquiry, and forum forms. This may include names, contact details, country, preferred language, family narratives, and account activity.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to requests, provide member services, moderate the forum, improve educational programs, protect the community, and meet legal obligations.
Sensitive documents
Do not send passports, civil records, conversion papers, or documents concerning minors through ordinary forms or email. Sensitive files are accepted only through an approved encrypted upload system.
Access and retention
Access is limited to authorized personnel. Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal compliance, safety, and organizational records.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing office@bneianusim.org. Some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate nonprofit obligations.
International handling
The organization operates internationally. By submitting information, you understand that it may be processed in the United States and other locations used by approved service providers.
